We provided networking support for a medium sized contracting company on an ongoing basis. At the company's request, we installed a new server and upgraded their workstations. Creating a stable and reliable network environment was our goal and focus. To assist the tracking of technical support issues, we implemented a tech ticket system whereby the users enter their tech issues into a form on the company's intranet.
