There is a common need to be able to share contacts and calendars and other information efficiently among employees. Until recently, the common solution was Microsoft's Exchange server. Although the Exchange server is the industry's leader, its price prevents most of our small to medium clients from justifying its use. That is, it is too expensive. Fortunately there is an open source alternative that runs on Linux.

Our firm uses this groupware product internally as our only calendar and contact management system. As a result of its tremendous success within our firm, we have decided to make it available to our clients.

All of the calendar and contacts are accessed through your web browser (Internet Explorer), so there is no need to install additional software at each of the computers in the office!

We start with high quality computer from Dell computers, install Red Hat's Fedora Linux and the open source groupware package and deliver true value to our clients.

The pricing depends on the size of the groupware server, as follows:

*Installation and support fee includes up to one hour, which is plenty of time for most installs. Additional installation and support time accrues at our hourly rate.
